On the 10th of June the Ilana Goor Museum is happy to host Selah Collective performing original Mediterranean jazz infused with authentic flavors from all over the world. The Collective combines Israeli roots & local influences with the sounds of African, Latin and classical music. Musical influences of the band include Avishai Cohen, Ibrahim Maalouf, Snarky Puppy and more. Selah Collective is constantly playing across the country in various venues, featuring musical guests from the local and international scenes.
19:00 – doors open, and guided tours through the museum in Hebrew and Russian

Previous notable appearances of the Collective include Kaunas Jazz Festival (2019), Ashdod Jazz Series in Klang (2019) as well as multiple participations in the “Divercities” festival (2018) in Grenoble, France. The official release ‘Belonging’ (LP) was released on Jan. 2019. The album includes 8 original compositions.
