On October 28th, the Ilana Goor Museum invites you to a jazz concert of the famous Israeli drummer Shay Zelman and his Trio. The evening will be dedicated to the great saxophone players such as Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Sony Rollins, Dexter Gordon and their music. We will start the evening with guided tours through the museum in Hebrew and Russian and with a glass of wine, that you’ll receive in the sculpture garden on the museum rooftop.
19:00 – doors open, and guided tours through the museum in Hebrew and Russian
20:00-21:00 – Performance
Ticket price – 125 NIS (including the entrance fee, the tour, the concert and one glass of wine) ***The number of seats is limited. No assigned seats. All ticket sales are final.

Shay Zelman was born in 1966 in Tel Aviv. He started his professional career as a drummer at the age of 18 and had a chance to play, product and record with many famous jazz artists in Israel and abroad. Shay studied under a lot of great teachers and currently teaches himself at the Israeli conservatory of music.
